1. Who we are

Washaholics Limited is responsible for your personal information (the “data controller”). Company no. 16869283. Registered office: 384 Harrow Road, London, W9 2HU.

2. What we collect

Your name, phone or WhatsApp number and email
Your postcode and address
Photos you send us of your property
Details of the work you want done
Payment and invoice records if you become a customer

3. Why we use it

To reply to your quote request and arrange the work — because you asked us to (steps before a contract)
To carry out the work and take payment — to perform our contract with you
To keep tax and accounting records — because the law requires it

4. Who we share it with

We never sell your data. We only share it with companies that help us run our business, such as our website host (Netlify, which receives the quote form), our email provider, and our accountant. If you message us on WhatsApp, WhatsApp (Meta) will also process your messages. The website loads its font from Google Fonts, which means Google receives your IP address.

5. How long we keep it

Quote requests that don’t go ahead: 12 months
Customer and invoice records: 6 years, for tax purposes
Photos of your property: 12 months, unless you agree we can show them in our gallery

6. Your rights

You can ask us to see, correct or delete your information, to stop using it, or to send it to you. If you gave consent, you can withdraw it at any time. Just contact us — it’s free.

7. Complaints

If you’re unhappy with how we’ve used your information, please tell us first. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk or on 0303 123 1113.
